  • Long walks are ‘Easy, therapeutic, freeing, connecting’
  • When you have a ‘knowing’ you just have to do it! The universe helps you along the way and confirms what you are doing is right
  • We all have a responsibility to look after ourselves, put our oxygen masks on first so that we can be there for others
  • Give yourself permission to take time out for your own adventures
  • You can do anything you want!
  • Debbie’s tips on making it happen – planning, block out time, arrange time off, get family support, put yourself at the top of the list, teach children responsibility so they can look after themselves
  • Remember how important it is to look at where we have come from and appreciate this. Praise ourselves for getting to where we are today!
  • Trust in following our intuition, gut or dreams – we only get one shot at life.
  • Everyone we meet in our life is for a reason.
  • You can ‘choose’ exactly what it is you want to do!
